Hiking the Den Brook Trail in Denville

Exploring the Den Brook Trail located off of Openaki / Casterline Road in Denville. I believe the walking trail is only in the early phases of blazing (as of February 2020) however I enjoyed a walk along the scenic brook on a mild sunny winter’s afternoon.

In this video I demonstrate locating a slumbering raccoon by seeking out a naturally occurring tree cavity in Parsippany New Jersey.

Having a scheduled real estate commitment at 7:45AM, I set my alarm for 5:00AM and had my camera bag prepared for a quick start to the day. I took this one successful (to me) landscape image before having a productive workday.
 
Moral of the story: “Free time is made and not found.”
